What can we say, Vesta may be the swan song of the VAZ design bureau. This is due to the merger with Nissan-Renault in the staff of which there are enough specialists to develop cars, and use huge production areas only for the production of already designed cars. One shouldn't look far for examples - Lada Largus is selling very well despite the fact that it is a 2006 Dacia Logan MCV with Lada nameplates. Therefore, the first question for the corporation when optimizing costs is why unnecessary spending on the national scientific department, if the global one is doing quite well?

But let's digress from the sad thoughts about our auto industry, let's see how the Vesta Cross turned out.
