Renault has announced today a new flagship sedan named Renault Talisman.
I think today only the lazy will not write about it, but nevertheless it will be very interesting to read each entry … and the point is not only that you can admire this handsome man over and over again, but also be aware of people's opinions about this new product.
So, after today's announcement, the full-fledged public premiere of the Talisman will take place in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show and will go on sale in the fall. The assembly will be carried out at a plant in France, where in the future (sort of like) they plan to start assembling the station wagon.
The mascot is built on the CMF platform together with … well, of course, with the Nissan company :)
According to information obtained from the vastness of the "tyrnet", the dimensions of the Mascot are as follows:
- Wheelbase 2.81 m.
- Length 4.85 m.
- Width 1.87 m .
- Height 1.46 m.
- Cargo space 608 liters.
As for the units squeezed into this unearthly beauty:
All motors will be offered, of course, with manual transmission and robotic gearbox.
The mascot received two gasoline engines with a capacity of 150 and 200 hp. and three diesel engines with a capacity of 110, 130 hp. No, I was not mistaken and can count, the third will be a diesel with 160 hp. and, by the way, a TwinTurbo with a robot!

Jokes as a joke, but outside the Mascot is really good … especially from the front and side. It's still possible to argue about the back of it, I still can't figure out whether I like it or not.
Inside, it is made quite interesting, but with a steering wheel design and a multimedia screen a la XC90 (where it looks much better), it somehow faded: (
Some kind of incomprehensible this steering wheel … like a child's, as if from a completely different car, such as Twisi.
I repeat, this is purely my opinion, I do not impose it at all, I just want every little thing in such a car to be in the subject!;)
