Or rather, puzzled. But well, the enterprising inhabitants of the great power turned this topic into a joke. Now, by the way, in many places you can buy separate aluminum or chrome letters. English, Russian, whatever. Many acquire a whole alphabet (and often not in one copy) and compose whole phrases, then fixing them on a wing, hood, bumper or glass.
