• The next step is to glue all the remaining space of the car interior. The execution technique should be butt-to-butt. Only after that it is possible to carry out measures for applying the selected soundproofing material. It must necessarily go on top of the vibroplast. Do not forget that the material is applied with the adhesive side to the surface.
• After performing these fairly simple steps, namely after you have glued absolutely the entire inside of the machine, the removed parts and parts are put in place.

Performing thermal insulation

As noted above, tuning the interior of the VAZ-2109 includes thermal insulation. It should be noted that this process cannot be called very simple. Processing plastic parts

From the processing of metal parts, you need to slowly move on to pasting plastic elements. For this, it is better to use a vizomat, since it is much easier to install than a vibroplast. The places where the parts are in contact with each other should be fastened with bitoplast. This is necessary so that the glued parts do not creak and do not make any extraneous sounds. Plastic parts need to be pasted over, starting with the trunk. To do this, they should be removed, and then dismantled and overlays.

Next, you need to start processing the dashboard of the VAZ-2109. Tuning the interior and the panel, the photo and video of which will also come in handy, occurs according to a certain scheme. The torpedo is pasted over with foam. Visible gaps must be sealed with bitoplast. Particular attention should be paid to the slots located between the stove and the air ducts. Replacing the stock steering wheel with a new one
