Cargo URAL-4320 has been produced at the Ural Automobile Plant since the times of the USSR. Over the entire period of its existence (more than 30 years), it practically did not undergo technical changes, and remained the same all-terrain vehicle as before. Initially, the 4320 was designed to carry various loads, people (modifications with a watch body), as well as towing cargo trailers over rough terrain.
Looking at the photo of the car, you can immediately see how high its ground clearance is. Indeed, the 36-centimeter ground clearance allows the car to safely move along two-meter ditches and fords without much effort. In this case, the lifting angle of the truck is 60 percent. Not only all-wheel drive and big wheels contribute to this, but also a fashionable engine, which we will talk about a little later.

At the moment, the automobile plant produces many modifications of the cargo URAL model 4320. These are 22-seat shift buses, andtruck tractors, and even special oil and gas installations. In addition, army URALs and 30-seater buses are produced at the plant. And the 4320 model has successfully established itself as a fire and municipal equipment, although the latter almost does not exist in our open spaces.
We should also note the modification of the timber carrier. Thanks to its long frame, powerful engine and 6 x 6 drive, the URAL-4320 vehicle makes it possible to transport trees over any distance. Timber carriers of this brand are widely recognized in Siberia, where there is almost no asph alt roadway, and dirt roads pass through rivers. URAL-4320, equipped with a loader crane, can independently load and unload goods anywhere. These machines are also in great demand.
Specifications
The car is equipped with three six-cylinder diesel engines with a capacity of 230, 240 and 250 horsepower, respectively. Such engines allow the car to transport goods with a total mass of more than 12 tons. Moreover, the technical characteristics of the truck make it possible to operate it at temperatures up to minus 45 degrees Celsius. And the URAL-4320 is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission. Also in the car there is a transfer case and a center differential lock.
As for fuel consumption, URAL-4320 does not have the best performance. Even at a speed of 40 kilometers per hour, the car spends at least 30 liters of diesel per "hundred". BUTif the car is operated on heavy soils, this figure may increase to 60 liters. Therefore, the car is almost never used as a truck for civilian needs, especially in the city.
URAL-4320: price
The minimum cost for this car in Russia is 1 million 700 thousand rubles. For this price, you can buy only the chassis. Well, tilt trucks equipped with a winch cost at least 180 thousand rubles more. Modifications with an extended frame and an onboard platform cost about 2 million rubles.
