Thanks to this unit, it is able to pull loads weighing up to 20 tons inclusive. Moreover, thanks to the high ground clearance, it easily copes with bumps, pits and other irregularities. There are two manual gearboxes - nine and ten steps. There is also a 16-speed ZF brand box. The total volume of the body of the KAMAZ dump truck model 6540 is 20 cubic meters. Like the 55111 models, the four-axle truck has a tow hitch that can increase the load capacity by about 1.5 times.
