This version, like other scooters from the brand, has a sporty look, Japanese-specific fairings, a two-stroke gasoline engine, 50 cc. cm, and disc brakes on both wheels. In 2013, the factory released a new version that is only 700 mm wide, almost 2 meters long and just over a meter high. The saddle height is 830 mm. It can be somewhat uncomfortable for tall people on a moped - there is very little space for the knees in front, and the profile of the saddle will not allow you to move back a little. Much is said about the movement on our Russian roads on the Yamaha Aerox. Reviews, on the one hand, note a good suspension, but on the other hand, any unevenness is clearly felt by the scooter driver.
Some have commented that the high seating position creates problems when stopping - the legs have to stretch. The rear seat is also noted separately, which can only be used for short trips. Under a thin layer of soft plastic, the gas tank neck is felt. Mirrors are also noted - on the one hand, they do not shake when driving, but on the other hand, with some sudden rebuilding, the viewing angle is not enough.

The long history of the Yamaha Aerox scooter classifies it as a classic. This is largely due to the fact that the Japanese will not cut the goose that lays golden eggs. But at the same time, this is largelyto the design of the scooter, between the changes of which there is a significant time. And this in some cases negatively affects the sales of this vehicle.
