Tesla is known worldwide as a manufacturer of electric vehicles. Models released under this brand are called a look into the future, and not only because Tesla offers to use electricity instead of the usual fuel. These cars look futuristic, as if they actually came from the future.

It's also worth saying that the Model X has sporty features both in design and technical terms.
Technical specifications of the crossover Model X
The electric car is powered by a set of lithium-ion batteries. Each of the three all-wheel drive versions of the car is equipped with two three-phase electric motors. Depending on the modification, the technical characteristics of the Model X may be as follows (70D / 90D / P90D configurations, respectively):
- Power: 373/ 518/ 772 horsepower.
- Maximum speed: 225/ 250/ 450 kilometers per hour.
- Acceleration to hundreds: 6.2/ 5/ 3.8 seconds.
- Battery capacity: 70/ 90/ 90 kilowatts per hour.
- Energy supply enough for distance: 400/ 470/ 450 kilometers.
The batteries are housed in a flat aluminum bottom. It is connected to the body and electric motors by means of aluminum subframes. The front of the Tesla crossover is equipped with an independent suspension and paired transverse control arms. rearthe part is multi-link and equipped with pneumatic elements. All wheels are equipped with ventilated brakes, and the steering wheel is electric.
The Tesla crossover is one of the safest vehicles in its segment. This is achieved not only by using heavy-duty steel in the assembly. The security system also includes special crumple zones and an electronic driver assistance system, namely:
- anti-blocking;
- parktronic;
- sensors and sensors that scan the road and all the space around the car, which allows you to detect obstacles in time and prevent accidents;
- system for maintaining lane traffic;
- autopilot;
- 8 (12) airbags;
- 360-degree view camera.
Crossover exterior
The car was built on the basis of the Model S - the crossover got 60% of the elements from the Tesla sedan. The usual grille is replaced by a plastic panel that hides the radar and other sensors mentioned above. In general, the Tesla crossover has a unique exterior, so unusual that at the first examination it is difficult to say that it is an SUV.
The front of the car shows a "frown face" with a solid aft. In the center, as expected, a small icon - the company logo. The windshield goes far up - this version of the windshield is called Big Sky and allows you to admire the sky in full.
Doors are fully automated - open and closeusing an electric drive controlled by the driver. The rear doors open up, which is very convenient in urban environments. Even if there is not enough space in the parking lot, they can be opened without worrying that they will hook on nearby cars.
Model X interior
The interior of the Tesla crossover is no less unique. The car is equipped with seven seats. One of them, located in the second row, can be removed to leave two separate comfortable chairs. The sofa and armchairs are made of high quality leather and equipped with various buttons to control electronic options.
The windshield (in addition to having an incredible view) is covered with a special transparent film that protects against infrared and ultraviolet rays from entering the cabin.
The console is a separate issue, because it can delight any driver. In the center is a 17-inch monitor. It is designed to control all electronic devices that the crossover is equipped with. You can also use your tablet as a multimedia device.
The dashboard in the Tesla crossover, the photo of which is presented in the article, has been replaced by a widescreen high-definition LCD screen. It is designed to display images from rear view cameras, use a GPS navigator, and also displays data related to the parameters of the current movement.
In addition, the electronics in the Model X interior include:

- automatic windows.
The crossover is equipped with two luggage compartments. However, due to the presence of the third row of passenger seats, the capacity of this area is relatively small.
Packages and prices
How much will the unique Tesla crossover cost? A car in the basic configuration (70D) manufactured in 2016 costs more than 6,300,000 rubles. The package includes air suspension, xenon optics, full power accessories, climate control, a multifunction steering wheel and a 17-inch display, as well as the security options described above. The maximum package costs an order of magnitude more expensive - more than 9,000,000 rubles. It includes a more powerful audio system, not 8, but 12 airbags, a semi-autonomous driving system and autopilot, seat ventilation, a road marking monitoring system, power all doors and Alcantara interior trim. Accordingly, the higher the price, the smarter, more comfortable and safer the car.
