The principle of operation of this mechanism is to simulate the results of pressing the alarm key fob on the lift control button in the closing direction. In this case, the entire process is controlled by the power circuit of the engine for the electromagnetic noise of the operating electric motor. In other words, the power window control unit works like this: an alarm signal is applied to the resistor, after which the microcontroller turns on the firstpower windows through a relay, and then the transformer is driven. The motor signal is sent to the microcontroller port. And when the first window is finally raised, the transformer will first stop its excitation on the first window and switch to the second one if it is open (if not, the power window control unit stops working). When the signal from the second lift indicates that the window is closed, the transformer switches further to the third glass and so on until everything is closed.
All signals are fed to the transformer at lightning speed, so this whole process, which was described in several lines above, is completed in seconds. No more than 4-5 seconds - and all windows are closed.
The closer itself consists of many electronic circuits, through which all this signal of raising windows is carried. It would seem that the function is one, but there are several dozen wires. But, despite this, many motorists who have installed the power window control unit with their own hands do not regard the self-installation of this part as flour. Below we will give an example of installing this device in a car.
First choose a place to install. It is better to mount the VAZ power window control unit near the regular one, next to the wiring. Using a tester, we find power wires in the mechanism connector, cut them off and connect new ones from our power window control unit. If a special channel for control is already programmed in your alarmclosers, you just have to stretch the reason from the alarm to the installation site of the unit. Everything, having conjured over wires and sheathing, we have ensured that the power window control unit is qualitatively installed in place.
