This is a nice and inexpensive car, as the reviews characterize it. Lada Granta has been mass-produced since 2011. This is a subcompact car that comes in different body styles:

The main feature of "Grants" is its low price. It is due to the cheapness that this machine has become so widespread. "Granta" replaced several obsolete models at once - "Lada Samara" and "Ten" in different bodies. The manufacturer claims that the components of these cars are 70 percent unified with the Grant. Here is the same three-spoke steering wheel without buttons and a dashboard with two scales. The center console is slightly different. There are two deflectors and a radio with a small display. Also note that the cheapest versions only have audio preparation.

The architecture of the seats is almost like that of Kalina. However, subjectively, they seem flatter. The quality of sound insulation is average. On the bumps, the plastic does not rattle, but the noise (from the arches, the engine and other "irritants") is clearly transmitted to the cabin. Lada Kalina also suffers from this disease. The motor is equipped with a five-speed manual transmission with a cable drive, or a four-speed automatic transmission from the Japanese company Jatco.

The next in the line was the engine with the index 21126. This is already a 16-valve engine with two camshafts. These small improvements made it possible to increase engine power to 98 horsepower while maintaining a volume of 1.6 liters. This unit is equipped with automatic transmission only. "Mechanics"not even available as an option.

In luxury versions, a 106 horsepower engine is available. This engine has a modernized fuel supply system and dynamic supercharging. This made it possible to increase torque and acceleration performance. This unit is equipped with a manual transmission only.
