For passengers in the second and third row of seats, additional space has now been allocated, making family trips to the country house or to nature even more comfortable. It is also worth noting the presence of a new panoramic sunroof and a spacious trunk, which can now even accommodate a bicycle. Among the electronic innovations, it is worth highlighting the presence of a new navigation system that displays information on a separate 5.8-inch LCD screen, as well as the presence of a special rear-view camera, which greatly facilitates parking a car in parking lots and many other places. Also, the car is equipped with a speed limiter and an automatic headlight switching system, which is activated when the light of an oncoming vehicle appears.
Specifications
The Renault French minivan is equipped with two diesel engines. The first 1.6-liter unit with a capacity of 130 horsepower replaced the outdated 1.9-liter DCi 130 engine. The second turbodiesel engine has the same power (130 “horses”), but the working volume has slightly increased to 2.0 liters. Both engines are paired with two transmissions to choose from - a four-speed automatic or five-speed "mechanics". In terms of fuel consumption, the minibus is quite economical and can give odds to many crossovers. For 100 kilometers, it consumes only 6.9 liters of diesel fuel (and this is in urban mode). With a box"automatic" this figure increases slightly - by 5-10 percent.
Cost for a new Renault minivan
The price of the French "Grand Scenic" in the basic configuration starts at $24,700. At the same time, the car is equipped with an ABS system, power windows, several airbags, a brake force distribution system, electric heated mirrors, and special inflatable curtains. The most expensive configuration "Privelege" will cost customers $30,700.
