One of the popular modifications was the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S model in the 955 body, which differed from the basic version in a sports body kit and a 550 horsepower engine. The penultimate version update was presented in 2010 at the Geneva Motor Show. The dimensions of the SUV have increased by about 5 centimeters in length. The mass, on the contrary, decreased by almost 200 kilograms. The engine is identical to that installed on the Volkswagen Touareg. There are a huge number of buttons and switches in the cabin, with the help of which everything that can be imagined was regulated.
And now, 7 years later, the company decided to release a restyled crossover model, including the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S 2018 lineup. This version is significantly different from the famous sports utility vehicle.
Appearance
Let's start with the exterior of the car. The appearance of the crossover attracts at first sight, the sporty look of the body has always distinguished the representatives of this company.
Front features large air intakes with double LED strips. Four-point and adaptive head optics, with a directional beam of light, look very impressive.
The taillights have also been redesigned. The headlights are connected with a stylish red stripe, creating the appearance of one whole lantern. In the center of the tailgate is a chrome badge Porsche Cayenne Turbo S.

The developers installed as a power unit - a 4-liter V8 engine. The twin-turbo monster develops 570 horsepower with 770 Nm of torque. The specifications of the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S allow the car to show off its performance.
Acceleration to 100 km/h takes just 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 286 km/h, without limiters. Competing developers install electronic limiters and offer to get rid of them for an additional fee, considering this as a separate option.
The power plant works in conjunction with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Excellent stability on the road is provided by an adaptive suspension that changes the ground clearance depending on the driving mode. Sports carbon-ceramic brake discs and ten-piston calipers allow you to stop a 2-ton all-wheel drive crossover in a short time. The SUV is equipped with a rear wheel steering system, which significantly improves the maneuverability of the German jeep. The suspension is also equipped with a roll suppression system with active stabilizers.
