Of those running on gasoline, manufacturers offer four-cylinder options with a volume of 1, 8 and 2 liters, as well as a six-cylinder model, the volume of which is three liters, their power indicators are 127, 143 and 215 horsepower, respectively. In addition, there are four versions of the turbodiesel, the volume of which varies from 1.6 to 2.7 liters, and the power ranges from one hundred to two hundred and eight horsepower.

Among the proposed transmission types, there are five-speed and six-speed manual, as well as a six-speed automatic type.

The Citroen C5 is equipped with two types of suspension. Now a budget spring-type suspension has been added to the standard hydropneumatic version.

Increased emphasis on the part of manufacturers of this brand of cars is on the safety of the driver and passengers of transport. For example, the list of options includes airbags in the amount of seven to nine units, taking into account the configuration, as well as the ESP system,designed for electronic stabilization.
