This version of the McLaren 650S was presented to the public in April 2015. The car is the successor to the racing car known as the F1 GTR Longtail. Only the novelty is 100 kilograms lighter than its predecessor. And all thanks to the fact that carbon fiber was used in the manufacturing process of the chassis. There's still no air conditioning inside, and the new rims are 3.2 kilograms lighter than those fitted to the P1. The exhaust system was decided to be made of titanium.

You have to give credit to the designers. The interior and exterior of the car look great. Particularly pleasing are the graceful curves of LED optics and relief. This is another version of the supercar. In 2014, manufacturers announced that the GT3 would be either a modification of the McLaren 650S or a standalone model. As a result, a novelty appeared, which immediately attracted attention with its characteristics. There is a new sequential 7-speed gearbox and ventilated brake discs equipped with 6-piston calipers. But it's on the front wheels. At the rear they began to install 4-piston. The new suspension geometry has also changed.

Of the external changes, we can note the updated rear wing and front splitter. And large air intakes made of carbon fiber.

Under the hood is a V-shaped “eight”, with a volume of 3.8 liters. This twin-turbo engine produces 493 horsepower. And the new ECU enhances its work.

You can't say that the man who bought the McLarenwill think about efficiency, but the fuel consumption of this car is very modest. In mixed mode, the car consumes 11-12 liters of gasoline per 100 kilometers.
