In Russia, buyers can purchase two versions of the Hyundai Tussan: GL and GLS. The first is equipped with a two-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 165 horsepower. The second is equipped with a 2.4-liter unit for 176 "horses". By the way, this engine uses a dual CVVT valve timing system and a DLC system, thanks to which the engineers managed to significantly reduce the fuel consumption of the car.
As transmissions, a five-speed "mechanics" and a six-speed "automatic" with manual control are provided here. And how economical was the Hyundai Tussan?

According to passport data, the GL modification, equipped with a 2-liter engine and manual transmission, has the following fuel consumption readings:
- In the city - 10 liters per 100 kilometers.
- On the highway - 7.6 liters.
- In the combined cycle - about 8.7 liters.
As for the version of "Hyundai Tussan GL" with automatic transmission, its fuel consumption is as follows:
- In the linecities - about 10, 7 liters per "hundred".
- Out of town - 8.7 liters per 100 km.
- In mixed mode - 9.8 liters per 100 kilometers.
At the same time, the top version of the GLS (only an automatic transmission is available in it) absorbs about 10.6 liters in the city and up to 7.3 liters on the highway. It is worth noting that the difference in fuel consumption (5-10 percent) is present in all cars with automatic transmission, and cars with “mechanics” always have less consumption.
