At the same time, the car is registered in a European country and may belong to a citizen of Lithuania.

During the purchase, the buyer and the sellermust exchange notarial receipts confirming the fact of sale. Of course, such a scheme is quite troublesome. There is a high chance of getting scammed. However, for experienced drivers, the Lithuanian car market is still a great opportunity to buy a quality Western European car in excellent condition at a very low cost. And finally.
