The Dodge Challenger 1970 T/A is one of the very first production cars to have different front and rear wheel sizes. The Challenger 1970 R/T Convertible was produced on an assembly line until 1972.

For engines, the following gearboxes were provided: TorqueFlite automatic transmission and manual transmission with three or four steps. Modifications of the 1970 Dodge Challenger with a Big Block ICE could be equipped with a rather powerful Dana 60 limited slip differential.

The set of motors has also changed. The 5.200-liter unit remains, but a new one has appeared - a 5.900-liter engine with 245 horsepower.

The Dodge Challenger was discontinued in 1974. In five years, Dodge has assembled and sold 1,880,600 vehicles.
