This question in recent decades in Russia has become relevant not only for motorists, but also for the whole society and the state. And not only in the sphere of economy, but also in ecology, culture, in the social sphere. If ten or twenty years ago it was possible to turn a blind eye to this problem, now it has become extremely painful, and therefore must be solved without fail.

There are several options for where to attach the car. The recycling program is the most convenient way to get rid of property that is no longer good for anything. The state, within the framework of the implementation of such programs, gives a cash supplement for the purchasenew car. In addition, car owners benefit from the payment of duties:

1. Transport tax. If the car is broken, unable to move and constantly in the garage, this cannot be an objective circumstance for the owner to refuse monetary duties. The car recycling program is gaining momentum. This situation is predetermined by a number of circumstances. For example, an increase in the number of traffic accidents, due to which cars are not able to move normally. In some Russian cities, there are quite a lot of service sites with the main task of turning cars into scrap metal. Consequently, many unlucky owners have a problem: where is it possible to dispose of a car and how will it happen?

Program conditions

The conditions of the car recycling program are as follows. When accepting a machine for recycling, it must meet the following requirements: year of production -no later than 2010; the period of operation with one owner is at least 12 months; All important machine parts are available. A Russian-made or foreign car, but with assembly in our country, is suitable for the recycling program.

Stages of program implementation

It should be pointed out that not only cars, but also motorcycles, scooters and other mobile vehicles are supposed to be disposed of. This is a rather difficult event, consisting of several stages, which is best taken up starting with disassembling the car. There are three phases of the car recycling program:

1. First, all non-metal parts, wheels, electrical equipment are dismantled from the machine. Simply put, the car turns into a piece of metal. It is he who predetermines the cost of further dismantling - the stronger the metal, the longer and more expensive the processing will be.
2. After removing non-metal parts and electrical equipment, you need to get rid of the liquids existing in the machine. Over time, they can damage parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. There is another task - the preservation of the natural environment - petrochemical products are very poisonous and toxic.
3. At the last stage, the base of the machine completely freed from additional elements is sent under the press. The metal body is crushed and then sent for remelting.

2017 car list

From the beginning of 2017, another recycling program comes into effectcars, from which a large return is expected. What changes have already begun to take place? It is known that this year the list of cars under the recycling program will be replenished with new brands and automakers. Moreover, both Russian and foreign. It is known that for the time being, Russian cars (or those assembled on the territory of the Russian Federation) are subject to disposal - these are the conditions of the recycling program. Which cars are currently included in the program:

• cars "Lada" - 50 thousand rubles. (all models);
• UAZ - from 90 to 120 thousand rubles. (depending on model);
• GAS - passenger cars - 175 thousand rubles, trucks - 350 thousand rubles;
• Opel - from 40 thousand rubles. up to 140 thousand rubles. (depending on model);
• Sang-young - 120 thousand rubles. (all models);
• Peugeot - 50 thousand rubles. (all models);
• Renault - from 25 thousand rubles. up to 40 thousand rubles. (depending on model);
• Nissan - from 40 thousand rubles. up to 90 thousand rubles. (depending on model);
• Volkswagen - from 50 thousand rubles. up to 90 thousand rubles. and so on.

How to hand over a car for recycling

Returning a car under the recycling program is a rather complicated undertaking, requiring a number of actions. So, a car owner who decides to hand over his car for recycling needs to carry out the following chain of measures:

• Give the decommissioned car to the dealer.
• In the police, issue a document for recycling, where funds are paid for this process (the cost of registration is about three thousand rubles).
• Give the dealer a document aboutdisposal, copies of the receipt for the deposit of funds for disposal.
• Choose another car.
• Get a subsidy to buy a new car.
• Give the existing documents for the subsidy and a certificate of disposal of the old car to the dealer.

Certificate on the transfer of the car for recycling is shown in the photo below. By the way, the word "utilization" itself is not used in official documents. Government agencies and dealers use the term "cull".

Next, the dealer draws up documents for a new car and hands them over to the owner along with the car.

Other ways of disposal

It should be noted that recycling is not possible in all cases. For example, it cannot be carried out if some of the car parts are missing. In this case, it remains possible to sell the car for scrap in the secondary market. In addition, the car can be transferred for spare parts, because the decommissioned car still has suitable parts. You can try to transfer old cars before 1991 to museums of Soviet technology.

The above methods of implementing the old machine have positive and negative sides. However, it should be noted that the disposal of a car in any case seems to be the most beneficial measure both financially and legally.

Documentation

When disposing of a car, the paperwork is a necessary step. The owner of the car will remain its owner until such time as the relevant state bodies do not issuetransfer for disposal. This can be done in the capital, in every service center involved in the processing of decommissioned cars. To do this, you need to visit the traffic police and issue a certificate stating that the car will soon be disposed of and its activity is not implied in the future.

To issue such a certificate, you need to take the original and a copy of the vehicle passport, your personal passport to the traffic police. At the police station, apply for a proper certificate. After completing the necessary steps, you will receive the necessary documents, including a certificate certifying the decision of the owner of the machine to dispose of it in a service center.
