In a big city, the issue of passenger transportation is especially acute. In this regard, Russian engineers were given the task of creating such a model of public transport that would combine comfort and capacity as much as possible. As a result, the LiAZ 6213 bus became such a machine. We will talk about it in detail in the article.

General information

LiAZ 6213, the device of which will be given below, is the first low-floor bus in the Russian Federation. It first rolled off the production line in 2007. The parameters of the vehicle absolutely comply with all modern standards. Each of these buses is equipped with one of the two available types of engines.

The first option is MAN D0836LOH 02. In this engine, the cylinders are installed vertically, and its power is 278 horsepower. The power plant is optimized for the EURO-3 standard.

Second option -MAN D0836LOH 55. This engine has a power of 280 horsepower, a working volume of 6900 cubic centimeters. Environmental standard - EURO-4.

Device

LiAZ 6213 is equipped with an automatic transmissiongear change ZF-6HP 504C. The braking system has two pneumatic circuits and acts on all available wheels. There is also an ABS system. The bus is capable of traveling at a maximum speed of 75 km/h.

The body of the car is made of all-metal and has a layout in the form of a wagon. The supporting structure is made of solid metal, which is not subject to corrosion due to the application of a special coating on it before delivery to the consumer.

Four doors are available for embarkation/disembarkation of passengers, which are evenly spaced along the entire length of the body. The total number of seats is 153. Of these, 34 seats are seated. There is also one place for a disabled person moving in a wheelchair. This chair is fully adapted for a person with special needs.

LiAZ 6213 is also equipped with a forced ventilation system. During the cold season, the interior is heated with a liquid heater. The liquid heated to a certain temperature moves through a system stretched along the entire length of the cabin. Thanks to this, each area warms up evenly. The driver's seat is separated from the passenger compartment by a specially designed glass partition designed to protect the driver from extraneous noise from people.

Modifications

LiAZ 6213 has several options. In particular, 6213.20 has some difference from the first model: it has a slightly different color and interior trim. In addition, this bus has upgraded seats covered with a fabric that is not affected bywear. Interior lighting - tape, improved internal noise isolation.

Car 6213.21 has new optics, slightly redesigned (both handrails and seats), two air conditioners.

The bus with the index 6213.22, in turn, received a power plant brought to the EURO-5 environmental standard. The number of seats in it is already 41. The gas-balloon version of the bus is the LiAZ 6213.70 model, which was produced in the amount of ten pieces. But urban tests showed that the performance is quite low, and therefore it was decided to remove it from production completely.

The most modern model of the LiAZ bus - 6213.71 has automatic control of travel documents for passengers, climate control, temperature sensors and electronic indicators of the route of the car. In addition, the bus is equipped with CCTV cameras to monitor the situation in the cabin.

• The steering wheel is equipped with a hydraulic booster.

Vehicle value

LiAZ 6213, the price of which ranges from 2.5 to 3 million Russian rubles, has components and assemblies produced with a large margin of safety, and therefore this bus can be used for many years. The unification of parts allows you to easily purchase new copies if necessary.
