Production

Originally developed for the automotive industry and subsequently reoriented in accordance with the plans and requirements of the bike brand, the technological line allows you to assemble 12 different models of bicycles in small batches with all German pedantry, multi-level quality control and time costs, to change components.

The wheels are assembled by an industrial robot. The quality of each copy is controlled separately. Spoke tension and centering are carried out under computer control with an accuracy of 0.3 mm, which eliminates radial and axial runout.

Technology

Engineers from Corratec have repeatedly received awards for high performancetesting of new designs. In modern models of bicycles of this brand, 17 patented technological solutions regarding shock absorbers and mounting types are used.
