The car was assembled in a limousine-type body mounted on a powerful frame with closed-loop spars. The front fenders were removable, the rear ones were welded. The second row of seats folded down with silent hinges and stowed close to the dividing wall. Thus, a significant space in the rear sector was freed up, which was used for more free communication of passengers riding in the back seat.

Since ZIL is a luxury car, all kinds of media and entertainment devices were installed in the cabin. Among the interior equipment was a stereo all-wave radio, supplemented by a tape recorder. The sound was provided by six speakers mounted around the perimeter of the interior space.

All the windows in the car were thickened - type "triplex", unbreakable, tinted. The windows in the doors were raised and lowered using an electric drive equipped with a Stop-Drive emergency stop sensor.
