Every year the streets are replenished with more and more new drivers. Across the country, driving schools turn out tens of thousands of cadets every month, and for tens of thousands more, getting a license remains a pipe dream. Someone cannot find time to go to classes, someone does not have enough money. Some are sure that studying at a driving school and passing exams at the traffic police is a waste of time, and it is easier to buy crusts than trying to pass it yourself.

Where does the path to the coveted plastic ID begin?

From visiting a driving school. The first step is to sign up for classes and pass a medical examination. Classes consist of two parts - theory lessons, in which the student learns traffic rules, and practice with an instructor. It is best to pass the medical examination in advance, before the money for training is given. Otherwise, an unpleasant situation may arise when doctors give a cadet a medical exemption for he alth reasons, and the driving school refuses to return the amount in full, referring to the fact that the student has already started attending classes.

About 3 months later, when the theoretical course has been completed and almost all hours have been rolled back, the most important stage comes - passing on the rights. Typically, cadets first take an internal exam indriving school (real or formal) and according to its results they are allowed or not allowed to take the exam in the traffic police.

Submission to the rights begins with a theoretical exam in the traffic police. In some cities it takes place on a computer, in some, in the old fashioned way, on paper forms. A ticket is given, in which 20 questions from different topics. According to the new rules, only one error is allowed in the ticket, and the cadet who made it must answer 5 additional questions without errors. On this, the exam in the traffic police ends, and students who successfully answer are sent to the site.

There are 4 elements waiting for the cadets on the platform, three of which must be completed: a flyover, a U-turn in a narrow space, parallel parking and a back-to-back drive into the garage. Parallel parking and overpass are mandatory and always rented. Which element will be the third - parking or garage - the inspector chooses. If the cadet could not complete one element, but there were no other gross errors during the execution, he is given a second attempt. If he flunked him again - that's it, for him the test for the rights ends that day, he will have to go for a retake. However, almost everyone rents the site the first time, the main difficulty is the city.

If the site is successfully completed, the transfer to the rights continues, the student with the inspector and instructor leaves for the city. At this stage, much depends on the skill and attentiveness of the student sitting behind the wheel. It's no secret that sometimes the inspector deliberately provokes the driver, checking his knowledge of traffic rulesand attentiveness. For example, he may require you to turn around on a one-way road or turn under a brick. A fairly common ploy is to ask you to stop in the wrong place, such as within a no-stopping area, at a bus stop, or in front of a pedestrian crossing.

If during the exam the cadet did not score critical 5 pen alty points, he is considered to have passed and can go to the traffic police department for a driver's license.
