In such a situation, the protective sleeve is unscrewed. Next, it remains to check the condition of the thrust ring and its clamp. At the end of the work, everything is lubricated with machine oil.

Removing the wheel from the gearbox

The wheel can be removed from the gearbox pretty quickly. However, it is difficult to cope with this task on your own. When the MTZ-82 front axle is being repaired, it is recommended to inspect the gearbox housing. Next, the cover is removed, which is fixed on two stops. The center screw comes off last.

It should also be noted that it is important to thoroughly clean the lining under the lid. This is for gasoline. The wheel of the rector is behind the regulator. To get to it, two screws are removed. Longitudinal stops of the bridge are not necessarytouch. The wheels in the device are held on by one nut, which is twisted with a wrench.

How do I remove the gear cover?

The gearbox cover is removed with an 8 key. Experts say that the lining in the device often dries. At the same time, the clamps are very tightly fixed. In this case, unscrewing the cover can be problematic. In this situation, it is recommended to tap the device immediately. For this, a small hammer is used. It is necessary to knock on the edges of the cover. Next, the screws are alternately unscrewed from both sides. During this, it is important not to damage the lining that is in the gearbox.

Device driven gear

The driven gear of the modification is fixed on the shaft. At the base there are two linings. Experts say that they need to be changed every three years. The stops next to the gears are located at a great distance. If the gear is knocked off, it must be centered with the screw behind the adapter. To move the part closer to the center, the key is turned clockwise. Sometimes the problem lies in the clamp. To inspect it, the protective plate is removed. Next, you need to unscrew the rack. In this case, the central shaft of the bridge is not removed.

Bridge cuff

The cuff holds the worm gear. On the MTZ-82 (front drive axle), it is attached with two stops. Sometimes the device needs to be replaced. For this purpose, the rollers are removed, and the driven gear is inspected. After adjusting the partyou need to start inspecting the glasses. It must also be remembered that seals need to be replaced periodically. The bridge cover must be carefully tightened.

Disconnecting cups

It only takes one key to detach the cups. In this case, from the front stop, the linings are changed first. It must also be remembered that the glasses are disconnected only after the flange. The cardan does not need to be touched. Side stops must be closed. For this, a key is substituted. Next, you need to remove two screws. The glasses at this bridge are lined. Experts say that they wear out quickly.

If the problem is with adapters, then you will have to completely disconnect the gearbox. It should also be noted that the tube is removed after the adapter. The front stops of the modification are mounted on special clamps. The cuff is located at the bottom of the bridge. To get to the glasses, the disks do not have to be touched. However, during a general inspection of the bridge, they are also disconnected.
